Technical Manager (k/m)

• At least secondary education, preferably in technical fields, administration, or property management
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in technical service of commercial buildings or related fields
• Ability to work with subcontractors and coordinate and supervise external teams
• Good communicative knowledge of English
• Practical knowledge of construction law, standards, and manufacturer requirements
• Valid category B driving license
• Knowledge of MS 365 Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Electrical qualifications Group 1 up to 20 kV E and D, Group 2 E and D are an additional advantage

• Supervise the team responsible for building services: security, cleaning, and technical maintenance
• Build and maintain business relationships with clients
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure the highest quality of service
• Create investment plans (CAPEX)
• Optimize operating and repair costs
• Continuously improve service quality through experience exchange and implementation of best market solutions
• Develop and implement company strategy in the technical area
• Select and optimize technical solutions
• Supervise project documentation and cooperate with investors
• Control timeliness, quality, and compliance of works with schedule and budget
• Verify correctness of offers and budgets during execution
• Analyze risks and opportunities from contractual provisions and planned execution process
• Analyze and negotiate contracts in cooperation with sales and legal departments, especially regarding execution
• Collaborate with operational divisions
• Present and agree on planned projects and budgets with the Management Board
• Maintain contact with clients during contract execution
• Manage and optimize costs in the subordinate division
• Be ready for business trips within the country and related to project execution
• Manage budgets, schedules, cost control, and progress reporting
• Verify technical documentation, subcontractor offers, and technological solutions for execution
• Cooperate with investors, clients, foreign partners, and supervisory institutions
• Ongoing cooperation with technical teams on sites, monitoring and verifying their work
