• Basic IT knowledge including hardware, operating systems, and networks.
• Interest or basic knowledge in computer networks (LAN/Wi-Fi) and willingness to learn.

• Good communication skills and patience to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently with good organization and accuracy.
• English language skills enabling reading of technical documentation are a plus.

• Provide user support by receiving and resolving technical helpdesk requests.
• Configure and service workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Assist in managing user accounts and permissions, including Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Create and update internal documentation and knowledge base.
• Actively support the IT team in implementing new solutions.
