Junior Software Tester / Software Tester

Wiedza i Praktyka sp. z o.o. is hiring for a Junior Software Tester / Software Tester position based in Warsaw, Poland.

• Minimum one year of experience in software testing
• Knowledge of the testing process and experience in manual testing
• Basic knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
• Knowledge of REST API (e.g., Postman), SQL, and Git at a basic level
• Analytical thinking, self-organization, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to develop skills in test automation

Nice to have:

• Initial experience in creating automated tests
• Knowledge of tools supporting the testing process (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Xray)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• English language skills enabling work with technical documentation

• Perform manual tests (functional, regression, exploratory)
• Create, update, and maintain test cases and scenarios
• Identify, report, and monitor bugs
• Verify system compliance with business and technical requirements
• Collaborate with the development team and participate in Agile team meetings
• Gradually develop competencies in UI and API test automation
