Inżynier/ka AI (Python/ML)

TUiR WARTA S.A. is part of one of the largest international insurance and financial groups, operating in Poland with offices in Warsaw, Katowice, and Lublin.

• Very good knowledge of Python with practical experience writing code following Clean Code principles and creating unit tests.
• Practical knowledge of machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn and either PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Advanced knowledge of Pandas and experience working with structured and unstructured data.
• Experience with MLOps/DevOps tools including Docker, CI/CD, and ML model monitoring.
• Ability to design and implement APIs (REST and SOAP).
• Practical experience with Generative AI and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge and practical use of vector databases.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the insurance industry.

• Build and maintain solutions based on Generative AI using on-premises and cloud models (e.g., data extraction from documents, RAG).
• Optimize work with large language models through prompt engineering.
• Develop production AI services (Model Serving) using FastAPI/Flask.
• Implement solutions within MLOps architecture (Docker, CI/CD).
• Maintain code quality (testability, readability) and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business to translate product needs into technical solutions.
