Specjalista ds. IT (k/m)

Hortex Sp. z o.o. is a company operating in the FMCG industry.

• Minimum secondary education, preferably higher education in IT
• Experience in Helpdesk or related user support department
• Practical knowledge of installation and configuration of Windows 7/8/10/11 and Android systems
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Knowledge of basic network technologies: LAN/WiFi, TCP/IP, routing, switching
• Diligence, systematic approach, and ability to quickly learn
• English language proficiency at minimum B1 level
• Willingness to travel for business at least once a week
• Valid category B driving license

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, VMware
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

• Direct and remote support for users regarding hardware, system, and configuration issues
• Installation, configuration, and updating of IT devices and infrastructure components
• Managing user accounts in IT systems
• Maintaining and recording the state of IT infrastructure
• Implementing and enforcing security policies for workstations, systems, and data
• Monitoring the backup system's proper functioning
• Collaborating with other support lines and external IT service providers
• Supporting technical services in administering and troubleshooting production systems
• Participating in process improvement and implementing best IT practices
• Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor
