MLOps ​& ​Cloud Platform Engineer

TUiR WARTA S.A. is part of one of the largest international insurance and financial groups. The position is based in Warsaw and involves working within a stable organization with access to modern technology and tools.

• Experience in IT infrastructure management and knowledge of ML environments (data management, model deployment, system scalability)
• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in machine learning
• Higher education in computer science or related fields (technical, mathematical, statistical)
• Very good knowledge of Python with at least 3 years of programming experience, preferably for machine learning solutions
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling
• Familiarity with automation, DevOps, and MLOps tools including CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Argo CD, GitLab)
• Practical experience managing self-hosted MLOps solutions (MLflow, Kubeflow or similar) and experience with MLOps, huge datasets, and NLP
• Experience in building and deploying machine learning and AI solutions
• Very good knowledge of containerization technologies and at least 3 years of experience administering container platforms
• Ability to identify client needs using advanced data analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions
• Willingness to improve technical skills and share knowledge with others

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Java or R
• Professional experience in the insurance sector

• Configuration and development of ML Ops tools (MLflow)
• Automation of CI/CD processes (Jenkins, MLflow)
• Maintenance and expansion of existing Python codebase
• Management of container platform (Openshift, OKD4) and standardization of model deployment processes
• Troubleshooting production environments
• Optimization of ML/AI solutions
• Ensuring security, regulatory compliance, and governance for AI/ML solutions
• Collaboration with other engineers and data analysts
• Participation in projects and analytical support for new solutions
• Maintenance and definition of procedural and technical documentation
