Astek operates an Engineering Competence Center providing services and projects for the automotive, railway, and Oil & Gas sectors. Specialized engineering teams work within project and competence groups, managing their activities and delivering training and certification programs to enhance engineering competencies.
Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, IT, or software troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic knowledge of macOS and Linux
- Experience in installation, configuration, and diagnostics of Windows environments
- Knowledge of SSO and user identity management
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Slack, or Microsoft Teams (preferred)
- Fluent in German and English (C1/C2 level)
Obowiązki
- Provide technical support to customers via ticketing systems, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to software installation, deployment, and licensing
- Analyze causes of technical problems and recommend solutions
- Document support tickets and actions taken in support systems
- Collaborate with engineering and escalation teams on complex cases
- Create and update knowledge base and technical documentation
