Business Analyst

Holisticon Connect is a division within NEXER GROUP, a custom software development company started in Poland in 2017 with over 140 people. The company works with world-renowned brands from Scandinavia, the UK, and Western Europe.

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience working in complex, integrated environments involving multiple systems and stakeholders
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, techniques, and best practices
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
• Experience with process modelling, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Practical experience using JIRA and Confluence
• Solid knowledge of UML and BPMN modelling techniques
• Experience working with data-related solutions and end-to-end data processes
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, data lifecycle management, and reporting environments
• Practical experience with Power BI (advanced level), Snowflake, SQL and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau), and VBA
• Experience supporting reporting, analytics, or business intelligence initiatives
• Experience working in regulated environments (GxP, compliance, governance, healthcare, life sciences, finance)
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to data management, auditability, and traceability
• Ability to operate within environments requiring strong documentation, governance, and quality standards
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences organizations (appreciated)
• Understanding of clinical trial planning, execution, and analysis processes (appreciated)
• Experience with consent management, data privacy, or GDPR-related initiatives (appreciated)
• Familiarity with User-Centred Design, Design Thinking, UX/UI concepts, or business process design (appreciated)
• Basic Python knowledge (appreciated)
• Technical or business-related degree

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications
• Analyze, model, and optimize end-to-end business processes and data flows
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements-gathering activities with global stakeholders
• Support initiatives related to data governance, data quality, master data management, and consent management
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Architects, and Development Teams
• Contribute to data-driven decision-making through reporting and analytics solutions
• Ensure compliance with GxP requirements, internal governance standards, and regulatory frameworks
• Support digital transformation initiatives across global business units
