• Proven track record in project management.

• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Agility in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

• Identify optimization opportunities and independently manage small to medium-scale improvement projects from concept to implementation.
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and design process improvements or automation solutions.
• Oversee daily operational processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
• Develop and maintain reports on key operational metrics to provide insights to management.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide timely project updates.
• Document best practices and contribute to operational procedure development.
• Continuously develop expertise in process analysis, improvement methodologies, project management, and problem-solving.
