IT Manager for C# Development

Société Générale's Warsaw Global Business Solution Center is expanding its C# development teams within the Market Technologies and Operations (MTO) division, focusing on advanced trading and deal processing applications used globally by traders and financial professionals.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in people management, leading software development teams.
• Strong hands-on experience in C# and the .NET ecosystem (minimum 7+ years).
• Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services.
• Solid understanding of financial markets and banking operations, including debit/credit and trading floor environments, ideally in Fixed Income, FX, or Derivatives.
• Deep understanding of relational databases and backend architecture.
• Exposure to frontend technologies to support end-to-end solution delivery.
• Proven experience managing the full SDLC and development activities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, TDD, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional French proficiency is an asset.

• Organizing team workload, identifying priorities, and overseeing delivery commitments.
• Ensuring best practices in development processes.
• Acting as a key point of contact for the team in interactions with business stakeholders and global counterparts.
• Contributing to code reviews, troubleshooting, handling technical escalations, and ensuring critical deliveries.
• Driving all stages of the SDLC, from business requirements analysis to production delivery.
• Ensuring code quality through robust testing strategies and production support processes.
• Ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
