Security/DevOps Engineer

Acaisoft is a software house collaborating with a US client that integrates production-grade, governed AI workflows into complex enterprise systems. The client focuses on overcoming integration, domain expertise, governance, and ownership challenges in AI initiatives by combining deep industry domain expertise with advanced AI capabilities to accelerate production deployment.

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps
• Ability to work until at least 7:00 PM CET
• Proficiency with DevSecOps toolchains (e.g., Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS Inspector, Security Hub, SOAR platforms)
• Experience with secure SDLC, vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring in DoD or federal environments
• Familiarity with AWS GovCloud, cloud security, and infrastructure as code (IaC)
• Excellent communication skills with proactive participation in technical discussions

Nice to have:

• Practical experience utilizing advanced AI-assisted development tools to accelerate engineering workflows (preferred Claude Code)
• A degree in Cybersecurity

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps automation for cloud, edge, and data environments
• Integrate security controls, automated compliance checks, and vulnerability scanning into all stages of the software development lifecycle
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC)
• Implement and enforce secure configuration baselines, access controls, and monitoring for all client components
• Collaborate with software, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure secure deployment and operation of solutions
• Provide technical support for user acceptance testing, deployment, and ongoing operations of client environments

Due to the client's location, a daily standup around 5:00 – 6:00 PM Polish time is required, with availability to work until at least 7:00 PM CET.
