EDI Support Analyst

Upvanta is hiring for a role focused on integration systems, business process automation, and EDI technology support within a global environment connecting clients, suppliers, and business teams worldwide.

• Higher education in IT, computer science, business systems, engineering, logistics, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience with EDI, ERP systems, integration platforms, or business applications.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn platforms such as Seeburger BIS, IBM B2B, Sterling, OpenText, or similar.
• Basic understanding of EDI standards like EDIFACT, ANSI X12, ODETTE, GALIA, or VDA.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, or similar.
• Familiarity with SAP IDocs, integration monitoring, message processing, or interface support is a plus.
• Understanding of order processing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, or invoicing processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Accuracy, good work organization, and readiness to work in a dynamic environment.
• Openness to learning new technologies.

• Monitor and support EDI processes on Seeburger BIS, IBM B2B, and related integration solutions.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to message processing, connections, data errors, and process exceptions.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to handle incidents and corrective actions.
• Support onboarding of new clients, suppliers, and trading partners from testing to connection validation.
• Monitor electronic document flows such as orders, delivery schedules, order confirmations, ASN, invoices, and self-billing messages.
• Work with SAP IT COE teams to monitor IDocs, reprocess messages, and resolve integration issues.
• Participate in root cause analysis, incident management, and improvement initiatives.
• Support testing, deployments, cutovers, platform updates, and development projects.
• Create and update operational documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with regional and global EDI teams, service providers, clients, and business partners.
