Upvanta is seeking a SAP OTC EDI/B2B Analyst to support the SAP IT Center of Excellence in Wroclaw. The role involves contributing to the design, implementation, and support of Order-to-Cash (OTC) integrations across a global SAP S/4HANA landscape, focusing on B2B/EDI integrations between SAP and external trading partners across the EMEA region.

Wymagania

  • 2–5 years of experience in SAP OTC, preferably in manufacturing or distribution environments
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA OTC processes including order management, deliveries, billing, and customer master data
  • Hands-on experience with SAP IDocs configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of EDI standards such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12, ODETTE, and GALIA
  • Experience with at least one B2B/EDI platform (Seeburger, TECCOM, OpenText, Sterling) is a plus
  • Understanding of message mapping, electronic document exchange, and end-to-end OTC process integration
  • Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, or support projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

Obowiązki

  • Support the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of SAP OTC integration processes including customer orders, scheduling agreements, order confirmations, deliveries, ASN, billing, self-billing, and customer master integration
  • Configure and support SAP IDocs, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and error resolution
  • Participate in integration design and message mapping validation for EDI/B2B scenarios
  • Collaborate with platforms such as Seeburger, TECCOM, and other integration tools
  • Assist in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and go-live support
  • Support incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
  • Participate in customer onboarding and new integration implementations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focusing on automation, standardization, and reliability
