Analyst IT – Shopfloor ERP Support (Legnica, Poland)

Upvanta is hiring for an IT Analyst role providing local operational support for manufacturing, warehouse, and shopfloor systems at the Legnica Operations site. The role involves supporting SAP and connected shopfloor applications in an industrial environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, shopfloor, ERP, or business applications in an industrial environment preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise platforms is desirable.
• Exposure to SAP modules such as PTP, EWM, QM, and PM, or related manufacturing and warehouse systems is beneficial but not required.
• Experience with shopfloor technologies such as MES, SCADA, RF devices, barcode printers, scheduling systems, labeling solutions, or industrial automation environments is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.

• Provide day-to-day support for manufacturing, warehouse, and shopfloor users working with SAP and related business applications.
• Support key SAP processes including Production Planning & Manufacturing (PTP), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Quality Management (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM), assisting users with operational transactions and issue resolution.
• Support shopfloor technologies and applications including RF scanners, barcode printers, MES, SCADA, production scheduling systems, specification systems, and labeling solutions.
• Assist users in identifying, documenting, and escalating system issues, defects, process gaps, and enhancement requests.
• Assist with testing, validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, and verification of fixes and enhancements.
• Work closely with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure stable system operation and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate support activities with local SMEs, Power Users, IT teams, and external support providers as required.
