Information Security Officer - 20 months

Falck Digital Technology is a global cyber security and IT compliance team supporting digital transformation and cyber resilience initiatives. The team operates internationally with members based in Copenhagen, Warsaw, and Medellin, focusing on maintaining Falck ISMS and driving cyber security and compliance projects.

• Minimum 3 years of experience and expertise in information security and compliance.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and 27701 standards.
• Knowledge in one or more of the following: IT Audit, Risk Management, Data Privacy, AI, Compliance, Application Security, Cloud Security.
• Experience conducting Security Application Risk Assessments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
• Agile mindset and adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of business requirements.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Position based in Warsaw, Poland.

• Collaborate closely with the CTO leadership and Security Leadership teams to drive compliance and security projects.
• Support cyber security and compliance by advising the business on implementation of best practices and standards.
• Strengthen cyber security and compliance in areas such as Risk Management, Audit Compliance, AI, and Cloud Security.
• Work in an agile environment, supporting the international team and providing coverage across various areas as needed.
• Foster collaboration with stakeholders from different Falck business entities globally to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Prioritize and efficiently close tasks to meet cyber security and compliance requirements.
