Android System Tech Lead

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years focused on AOSP (Android Open Source Platform) based systems.
• Proven track record of leading a technical development team for 1+ years.
• Very good Java skills.
• Hands-on experience in analyzing and customizing the frameworks/base source code.
• Excellent time-management skills and agility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Communicative English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with C/C++ (standard libraries).
• Prior work and experience in the delivery or maintenance team, ideally dealing with mobile phone system maintenance.
• Experience in work with coding agent.

• Ownership of technical team analyzing Mobile Issues for Huawei devices.
• Become role model, who sets high standards regarding quality.
• Evaluate work of individual team members, to ensure quality within team is increasing.
• Analyzing issues in software and propose software improvements.
• Identify gaps in processes and introduce improvements for them.
• Work toward extending capabilities of the team.
• Participating in Harmony OS release.
• Expanding expertise by learning and working with full-stack technologies.
