Full stack developer

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role is part of an agile, highly collaborative team driving innovation in the global financial landscape.

• 5+ years of development experience with proficiency in Java and Python.
• Strong command of software engineering principles (SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, BDD).
• Advanced experience with Spring Framework and relational/non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience with microservices and event streaming technologies.
• Prior exposure to AI, Machine Learning, NLP, or Data Science is a strong plus.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Nice to have:

• Frontend experience with JavaScript and Vue.js.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, LangChain, LangGraph.
• Familiarity with Clean Architecture.

• Engage in end-to-end development: analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Apply the principle: “You build it, you support it.”
• Design solutions aligned with technology standards and guidelines.
• Identify and manage technical debt while prioritizing new features.
• Pair program and mentor team members to deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Collaborate closely within a team of 4–6 engineers and a dedicated product owner.
