Senior Fullstack Developer (.NET, React, Claude)

Link Group is developing two brand-new products from scratch within the Invoice-to-Cash domain using a modern .NET + React stack with a strong emphasis on AI-powered development. The project is a total greenfield initiative with no legacy code, allowing the team to define their own quality standards and SDLC processes. The engineering team is newly formed and supported by dedicated FTE Managers, Product Managers, and seasoned Tech Leads.

• Around 5 years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong, proven experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core.
• Practical knowledge of React and frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript best practices).
• Solid experience building modern Web Applications, SaaS products, and designing REST APIs.
• Strong computer science foundations including data structures, algorithms, OOP, and design patterns.
• Experience with cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and distributed systems concepts such as concurrency and scalability.
• Innovative mindset with excitement about deeply integrating AI tools into daily coding workflows.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with API gateways, identity/authentication, and messaging platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS).
• Knowledge of container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience modifying or optimizing SDLC processes or acting as a Technical Lead on key initiatives.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using C# / .NET Core.
• Develop and evolve modern web frontends in React consuming the APIs.
• Design components within service-oriented and microservices architectures.
• Actively use Claude Code / Cursor for prompt-driven coding, refactoring, test generation, and agent automation.
• Contribute to core system design ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Implement and improve observability including logging, metrics, tracing, and API monitoring.
• Work with cloud-native services and support containerized deployments such as Kubernetes.
