Fullstack Developer

DCG is a company based in Wrocław, Poland, involved in developing web applications with conversational elements and backend services using Java and React technologies.

• Experience building web applications with conversational chat features
• Proficient in Java for backend API design and development
• Very good knowledge of React
• Basic experience with BigQuery and SQL
• Ability to design ergonomic UI for data visualization
• Experience with Git, code review, quality standards, documentation, and testing
• Experience in production environments including CI/CD, monitoring, and incident handling
• Willingness to collaborate with AI Engineers and teams

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of semantic/metrics layer solutions including caching and governance
• Familiarity with conversational analytics tools and product patterns for chat with data
• Knowledge of UI and data visualization libraries
• Experience with GCP services like Cloud Run and Pub/Sub
• Basic knowledge of containerization and deployments (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Experience in regulated environments such as banking including audit, compliance, data classification, and security processes

• Build web applications with conversational elements such as chat, streaming responses, conversation history, user feedback, and source presentation
• Design and develop backend services using Java and API development
• Design ergonomic user interfaces for data including tables, charts, drill-down views, and export functionality
• Work collaboratively using Git, code review, documentation, and testing (unit, integration, e2e)
• Operate in production environments with CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and incident response
• Collaborate closely with AI Engineers and other teams
