MS Dynamics 365 F&O Functional

Link Group is hiring for a role focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations, specializing in supply chain, logistics, and advanced warehousing modules.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing MS Dynamics 365 F&O or AX 2012 focused on supply chain, logistics, and advanced warehousing.
• Strong technical knowledge of data migration frameworks and system integrations within the Dynamics space.
• Natural leadership skills with experience supervising consultants or leading workstreams.
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills with ability to challenge business processes and propose best practices.
• University degree preferably in Computer Science, Logistics, Economics, or related fields.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, for working in an international environment.

• Actively drive and oversee international D365 F&O implementation life cycles and legacy AX system modernizations.
• Design, configure, and validate core SCM sub-modules including Advanced Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, Product Information Management, and Procurement & Sourcing.
• Lead data migration initiatives ensuring smooth data transformation and upload.
• Facilitate workshops, gather complex business requirements, and communicate technical blueprints to stakeholders.
• Guide and mentor junior team members, setting standards for system deployment and solution design.
• Travel occasionally for on-site client workshops and go-live events.
