- Design and unify HR processes and global Life Cycle processes
- Create a core global process model
- Simplify processes and reduce exceptions
- Transform processes into system models
- Convert processes into workflows and service request scenarios
- Define process start points, roles, responsibilities, required data, decisions, and validations
- Conduct business analytics for HR platform development
- Collect and structure business requirements with HR and IT teams
- Translate HR processes into functional and system logic requirements
- Validate solutions and ensure tool compliance with target processes
- Support organizational change
- Coordinate work in a decentralized organization
- Collaborate with local HR teams
- Coordinate various teams without formal authority
- Build consensus around a common model
