  • Simplify processes and reduce exceptions
  • Transform processes into system models
  • Convert processes into workflows and service request scenarios
  • Define process start points, roles, responsibilities, required data, decisions, and validations
  • Conduct business analytics for HR platform development
  • Collect and structure business requirements with HR and IT teams
  • Translate HR processes into functional and system logic requirements
  • Validate solutions and ensure tool compliance with target processes
  • Support organizational change
  • Coordinate work in a decentralized organization
  • Collaborate with local HR teams
  • Coordinate various teams without formal authority
  • Build consensus around a common model
