Senior Project Manager

• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Strong experience in vendor and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in scope, change, risk, and budget management.
• Assertive extrovert personality with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English (C1 level); German at minimum B2 level is a plus.
• Available for a maximum 1-month notice period.
• Willing to work 1-2 days onsite in Warsaw.
• Full-time capacity of 40 hours/week, operating on a standard 8x5 schedule.

Nice to have:

• Experience managing both internal and external suppliers.
• Ability to adapt communication styles based on audience.

• Manage 2 or more IT projects in parallel.
• Facilitate communication at team and steering committee levels.
• Adjust project priorities dynamically during service time.
• Deliver executive level reporting on project status.
• Implement conflict and escalation management strategies.
• Ensure effective vendor management throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a contract position with an expected start date ASAP and a duration of 6 months (extendable). The recruitment process includes two interviews. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate project management expertise and experience in managing dynamic priorities.
