Senior Business-System Analyst (Mobile Applications)

Banking industry role focused on omnichannel mobile and internet banking applications development, emphasizing investment products and brokerage services.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a business or business-system analyst in mobile application development (iOS, Android, KMP/CMP)
• Experience in requirements analysis and stakeholder collaboration
• Experience supporting Product Owner in backlog management
• Ability to work with API documentation and technical teams
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Figma, draw.io
• Communicative proficiency in Polish and English
• Experience in the banking sector

Nice to have:

• Experience analyzing mobile app user needs
• Experience preparing test scenarios and supporting testing processes
• Familiarity with API documentation and BPMN/UML diagrams
• Experience in mobile projects related to onboarding, authorization, payments, and self-service processes

• Collaborate with the development team to gather and analyze user requirements
• Define and document business and product requirements
• Map business processes and identify solutions to enhance application value
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization
• Conduct requirements analysis and maintain ongoing stakeholder collaboration
• Prepare test scenarios and verify the quality of implemented functionalities

Hybrid work model with 1 day in office every 1-2 weeks in Warsaw.
