Senior Data Engineer, Sales Solutions

P&G Polska SP.Z O.O is hiring for a Senior Data Engineer role based in Warsaw, Poland, within the Europe organization. The position involves working on a critical European reporting product supporting Sales and business performance across Europe, with collaboration across cross-functional partners and business units.

• Strong hands-on experience in Data Engineering, including building reporting layers, designing and implementing data pipelines, and applying data transformations and business logic
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure (preferred), GCP, or AWS, including setting up solutions from scratch
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional, business-facing environments
• Experience collaborating with Data Scientists and data analytics
• Strong SQL skills; experience with Databricks, Spark, or PySpark and modern data platforms is a strong advantage

• Design, build, and operate an end-to-end data product from data ingestion to business-ready outputs
• Develop and maintain data pipelines in Microsoft Azure, including transformations, business logic, and data quality controls
• Shape and implement the reporting layer, collaborating with stakeholders as reporting needs evolve
• Partner with Sales and Finance to translate business questions into scalable data solutions
• Work hands-on with Data Scientists and analysts to enable analytics and advanced use cases
• Ensure solutions are production-ready with documentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Contribute to team ways of working, engineering best practices, and knowledge sharing within the Europe IT Community
