• Ensure day-to-day operational stability
• Own resolution of incidents and escalations
• Support users in coordination with Global Service Desk
• Manage portfolio of incidents and requests (standard and non-standard)
• Ensure continuity of local applications
• Monitor risks and applications performance
• Promote sharing of best practices, lessons learned, and reusable approaches
• Drive adoption of global IT operations policies, standards, and gSOPs locally
• Enable location support and resource backup through community collaboration
