Transformation Consultant (PTP, Payables)

• 5+ years of experience in P2P (Accounts Payable, Master Data, Payments, T&E) with strong process knowledge
• Experience in process documentation and mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Signavio, BPMN)
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or Oracle
• Understanding of P2P supporting tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, OpenText, Kofax)
• Continuous improvement and innovation mindset, including awareness of automation and GenAI
• Clear and confident communication skills with experience in presentations and stakeholder interactions
• Proactive, self-driven, comfortable working in project-based environments with client exposure
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build effective relationships with clients and team members
• Fluent English

• Support finance transformation projects across P2P, contributing to deliverables for internal and external clients
• Contribute to target operating model, process design, and technology assessments
• Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, ESOAR, benchmarking)
• Prepare process documentation, business requirements, and solution designs
• Gather and analyze data to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities
• Support and co-lead client meetings, workshops, and presentations
• Collaborate with client SMEs and internal teams to deliver project outcomes
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies (e.g., automation, GenAI) and recommend improvements
