QA Engineer

Aurora is the next-generation mobile app digital concierge for the world’s leading founders and athletes. The company empowers ultra-high-performance individuals to master their relationships, exploration, and longevity across five lifestyle categories: dining, experiences, travel, luxury goods, and longevity. Founded in 2024, Aurora has raised $2.5M from tier-1 investors and operates a proactive, seamless product with high engagement from its Alpha client cohort.

• Experience with manual testing across web applications, mobile applications, and APIs
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining API test automation frameworks (e.g., Postman, REST Assured)
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining automated test suites for web applications (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium)
• Proven experience designing and maintaining automated tests for non-deterministic workflows such as AI/LLM-driven features
• Excellent documentation and writing skills
• Strong prioritization and productivity skills
• Proactive and adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with mobile automation tools (e.g., Appium, Espresso, XCUITest)
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices
• Exposure to LLM/Agent evaluation frameworks (e.g., LangSmith, Braintrust, Promptfoo, DeepEval)

• Improve quality control processes and reduce defects to enhance user experience
• Collaborate with the current QA engineer to expand and mature the quality assurance function
• Deliver an exceptional experience for Aurora's members by ensuring product quality

This role requires spending at least one week per month in London from day one and being open to full relocation to London within 6 months of joining.
