UX Designer - with German Language

DCV Technologies is hiring a senior UX / Customer Journey Consultant to support the redesign and optimisation of end-to-end digital customer journeys on a modern digital platform. The role is remote and part-time, focusing on improving usability, conversion, monetization, and customer experience.

• Experience in Customer Journey Mapping
• Expertise in UX Strategy and UX/UI Optimisation
• Skills in Conversion Improvement and User Monetization Flows
• Ability to collaborate with product teams
• Proficiency in German (B2+) and English

Nice to have:

• Background as UX Consultant, UX Strategist, Service Designer, Product Experience Consultant, or Customer Journey Specialist

• Support the redesign and optimisation of end-to-end digital customer journeys
• Improve usability, conversion, monetization, and customer experience across the platform
• Conduct stakeholder workshops
• Provide UX recommendations aligned with business and technical constraints
• Collaborate with product teams

The position is remote and part-time (0.3 to 0.5 FTE). The employment type is freelance (B2B contract).
