(AI) Software Engineer 3.0

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a full-stack engineer or software developer.
• Experience in production deployments including application organization, environment configuration, deployment, and maintenance in AWS (Amazon EKS, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Ability to bridge technology and business, understanding user needs and translating them into technical solutions.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases and designing system integrations (REST API, MCP).
• Interest and effective use of modern AI development tools such as Claude.
• Very good English language skills for communication with American corporate clients.
• Communicative Polish language skills for internal communication.

• Transform prototypes and drafts into production-ready, secure, and maintainable systems working directly with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with client business teams building applications using Claude.
• Develop and evolve tools used in deployments with each implementation.
• Work with core technologies including Claude, MCP, Python, TypeScript, FastAPI, React, AWS, Amazon EKS, Docker, SQL, NoSQL, and REST API.
