Product Designer (UX/UI, Data-heavy Web Apps)

KUBO is an international company developing advanced aeronautical data production solutions used by internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure safe and efficient global aviation operations.

• At least 5 years of experience in designing and delivering digital products
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken
• A portfolio showcasing design approach, process, and measurable impact
• Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly explain design decisions
• Ability to work effectively independently and within cross-functional teams
• Experience with complex, data-driven products, ideally in regulated or specialized industries such as healthcare or finance
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma
• Solid understanding of web application design, particularly in Angular or React environments
• Experience with user research techniques such as interviews and usability testing
• Familiarity with AI tools that support and enhance design workflows

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to create intuitive and high-quality web application experiences
• Participate in all stages of the design process, including research, ideation, prototyping, and validation
• Develop user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
• Leverage data insights, research findings, and AI-supported tools to guide design decisions and speed up iteration
• Identify design challenges and proactively suggest effective solutions
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to validate ideas and uncover improvements
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a scalable design system
• Engage in feedback sessions and design reviews to continuously improve outcomes
• Support team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives
