• Experience designing business-driven, standards-based, future-ready solutions in complex or multiple solution/product contexts.
• Experience maintaining vision, roadmap, and landscape for multiple solutions.
• Proven track record in architecture practices development and mentoring.
• In-depth expert-level knowledge in multiple technology areas.
• Proficiency in creating Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, Ontologies, and Integration pathways.
• Ability to define and drive reference architectures, patterns, NFRs, and fitness functions.
• Strong capability to assess external technology trends and conduct vendor assessments.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive mindset to identify opportunities to enhance value, improve solutions, and manage technical debt.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German is an advantage.

• Designs solutions that meet product requirements, business priorities, and enterprise standards.
• Manages Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) and fitness functions.
• Documents and evolves architecture throughout the product life cycle and aligns with architecture community for governance.
• Leads problem solving for complex issues using sophisticated analytical thought.
• Maintains vision, roadmap, and current landscape for multiple solutions.
• Assesses impacts and dependencies of initiatives on capabilities, risk, and application landscape.
• Creates Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, Ontologies, and Integration pathways.
• Defines and drives reference architectures, patterns, NFRs, and fitness functions.
• Records and publishes Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
• Drives external technology trends and conducts vendor assessments.
• Communicates complex concepts clearly and negotiates with stakeholders.
• Provides technical oversight, guidance, and consultation on technologies for product teams.
• Improves existing solutions, manages technical debt, and pilots new technologies.
• Contributes to architecture practices development and mentoring.
