Business Operations Analyst - RDT EPIE

• Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis or Consultancy experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in life sciences/pharma or the supported business function.
• Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end business analysis workstreams.
• Experience in translating requirements into strategic implementation plans.
• Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis concepts and practices.
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and change management.
• Ability to apply tools and techniques related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive approach to initiating process improvements and contributing to organizational development.

• Independently manage end-to-end business analysis workstreams without guidance, adapting standard frameworks and shaping team best practices.
• Lead analysis of needs and problems, perform research, and drive root cause analysis.
• Deliver comprehensive requirements and identify needs-solution discrepancies to propose improvements.
• Identify and manage diverse cross-functional stakeholders, facilitate workshops, resolve conflicts, and align expectations with project goals.
• Deliver impact on specific products or initiatives, translate requirements into strategic implementation plans, and contribute to long-term solution roadmaps.
• Work at solution or product level involving multiple solutions, handling ambiguous requirements and evaluating solution impacts.
• Apply tools and techniques related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis to manage interdependencies and improve efficiency.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis/Consultancy experience, with at least 3+ years in life sciences/pharma or related business function.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end BA workstreams and navigating ambiguous requirements.
• Experience translating requirements into strategic implementation plans.
• Service/project delivery management experience is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis concepts and practices.
• Strong proficiency in requirements elicitation, documentation, and change management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset focused on process improvements and operational effectiveness.
