Wymagania
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a business and system analyst
- Experience working with user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience in integration projects involving APIs and external systems
- Good business-IT communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- English language proficiency at minimum B1 level
Nice to have:
- Experience in HR, payroll, or Compensation & Benefits
- Experience in banking or financial environments
- Experience coordinating team work
Obowiązki
- Analyze and refine business requirements
- Prepare user stories and acceptance criteria
- Create and maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence
- Support development, testing, and deployments
- Analyze integrations between systems (APIs, communication buses)
- Collaborate continuously with business and IT teams
- Support coordination of Scrum activities
