IT Administrator

Nortal is hiring an IT Administrator to join their customer team in the Łódź office. The role involves maintaining the local IT environment and providing hands-on technical support in a part-time, on-site capacity.

• Proven experience in a senior onsite IT support or system administrator role
• Expert-level troubleshooting skills for complex hardware, software, and AV issues
• Experience in hardware lifecycle management, user onboarding/offboarding, and asset management (CMDB)
• Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Slack
• Strong experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise ticketing systems
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in transitional or integration-focused environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex challenges

• Provide high-touch, in-person IT support as the primary onsite contact for all technical needs
• Manage the full hardware lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning, maintaining an accurate CMDB
• Ensure AV systems, meeting rooms, and printers are reliable and ready to use
• Resolve and manage tickets in ServiceNow, acting as an escalation point for complex issues
• Support hardware logistics, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Contribute to IT initiatives aligning local systems with global standards
• Ensure compliance with security policies across all office devices and platforms
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate IT processes
