AI Agent Developer (Microsoft Copilot Studio)

Upvanta sp. z o.o. is hiring for a role focused on designing and developing intelligent AI agents supporting business processes, especially in recruitment and data analysis.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience building AI agents and chatbots based on LLM models.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Ability to design effective prompts (Prompt Engineering).
• Experience integrating systems via APIs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure environment is a plus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional AI solutions.

Nice to have:

• Experience in HR, recruitment, or outsourcing projects.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with document analysis and business process automation.

• Design, build, and develop AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Create advanced prompts and conversational logic.
• Integrate agents with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and external data sources.
• Develop workflows and automations using Power Automate.
• Build agents that analyze documents (e.g., CVs, Job Descriptions, contracts) and generate recommendations based on provided data.
• Test, optimize, and monitor AI solutions.
• Collaborate with business teams to define requirements and implement new features.
