B2B Pricing Analyst (Global Fuels)

Circle K Business Centre is a shared services center supporting Circle K Europe’s operations in finance and control, IT, HR, transportation fuels, and customer service. • More than 5 years of experience in Fuel, B2B Pricing, commercial analytics, or revenue management.
• Strong understanding of B2B pricing drivers, discount structures, and margin optimization.
• Experience working in large and preferably international organizations.
• Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel proficiency; experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and SQL/Python.
• Experience in visualization and infographics.
• Knowledge of change management, training delivery, and system or tool scaling is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral.
• Degree or equivalent in business, engineering, mathematics, or statistics.

• Provide actionable B2B pricing insights to BU Fuel and Global Fuel teams to support commercial decisions and margin performance.
• Support European B2B pricing strategy through analysis of performance, competition, and key drivers.
• Ensure data integrity across pricing models, discount frameworks, and tools.
• Review and challenge BU pricing models and discount deviations, recommending improvements.
• Analyze market trends and segment dynamics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with BUs and cross-functional teams to strengthen pricing capabilities, tools, and execution.
• Deliver clear reporting and dashboards to improve transparency, decision-making, and sustained margin growth.
