Production Support Engineer

RITS is hiring for a Production Support Engineer role based in Kraków, focusing on supporting and maintaining billing and payment systems operating in a distributed environment.

• Experience in production support.
• DevOps experience and knowledge of CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux.
• Experience with IIS, Kubernetes, Docker, Hazelcast, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of MS SQL and Oracle databases.
• Ability to work with Bash, Git, Jenkins, and Splunk.
• Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, GitHub).
• Good analytical skills and experience working in complex environments.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of payment domain (ISO 20022, XML/JSON).
• Experience with full DevOps toolchain (Git, Jenkins, Maven, Nexus).
• Basic knowledge of Java.

• Daily production support and incident resolution.
• Maintaining Windows and Linux servers and middleware (IIS, Hazelcast).
• Managing container environments (Kubernetes, Docker) and the GCP platform.
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitoring applications and analyzing data to support operations.
• Working with MS SQL and Oracle databases.
• Managing changes and collaborating with stakeholders.
