Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Practice Lead (m/f)

The company provides consulting services in the financial and accounting business area and is currently expanding its IT Consulting Department focused on implementations and development of Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central products.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP, including Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience in full implementation cycles of Business Central.
• Very good knowledge of business processes, especially in finance.
• Experience conducting client workshops and analyzing business requirements.
• Ability to design functional solutions and translate business needs into system configuration.
• Experience in roles such as Lead Consultant, Solution Architect, Competence Lead, Practice Lead, or similar.
• Experience in presales, offer preparation, estimations, and solution presentations.
• Very good communication and consulting skills.
• Independence, entrepreneurial approach, and readiness to build a new business area.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2/C1 level.

• Build and develop the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central practice within the company.
• Co-create market entry strategy, service offerings, and delivery standards.
• Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.
• Analyze client needs, conduct workshops, and design system solutions.
• Configure and parameterize Business Central and oversee implementation quality.
• Support key implementation phases: data migration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Participate in presales activities: discovery, demos, estimations, offer preparation, and sales support.
• Mentor and develop competencies of Business Central consultants.
• Support budgeting, profitability, and further development of the practice.
