Fullstack Developer (Java/React)

ITFS is recruiting for a position in the banking industry located in Warsaw, mazowieckie.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Java technologies
• Strong frontend development skills in React
• Experience building web applications with conversational elements (chat), including streaming responses, conversation history, user feedback, and source presentation
• Basic knowledge of BigQuery/SQL
• Ability to design ergonomic UI for data (tables, charts, drill-down, data export)
• Experience working in teams using Git, code review, quality standards, documentation, and tests (unit, integration, e2e)
• Experience in production environments including CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and incident response
• English language proficiency at B1 level

• Develop and maintain fullstack web applications using React and Java
• Create and enhance conversational interfaces (chat), including streaming responses, conversation history, and user feedback
• Design and implement backend services in Java and API services
• Design and implement UI components for data (tables, charts, drill-down, data export)
• Collaborate on code quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation
• Work with AI and data teams on integrations and API definitions
• Ensure performance, scalability, and cost optimization of solutions
