Middle Software Engineer (Any language)

• 2+ years of work experience in Java, any JVM language, PHP, C++, Scala, or Lua
• 2+ years of experience building secure scalable web services
• Experience with distributed systems
• Experience with RESTful services
• Good understanding of network stack and HTTP protocol
• Experience with concurrency, multithreading, or asynchronous programming
• Understanding of data modeling in SQL and/or NoSQL environments
• Experience with any combination of AWS, Redis, Kafka, and Cassandra is a plus
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience is a plus

• Work collaboratively with the engineering team and Mobile Operators to build network stack supporting millions of users
• Track solutions from design through implementation, owning every step along the way
• Strive for deep understanding of core technologies used while building redundancy and establishing best practices
