Fullstack Engineer (AI agents)

Acaisoft is a software house collaborating with a US client that integrates production-grade, governed AI workflows into complex enterprise systems. The client focuses on overcoming integration challenges and domain expertise gaps to accelerate reliable AI product deployment in enterprise workflows. The leadership team includes industry veterans and senior executives with global consulting and software engineering experience.

• 5+ years of overall fullstack software development experience focused on frontend
• Solid skills with Python and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React)
• Fluent with AI-assisted development tools such as Codex and Claude
• Some experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Ability to work until at least 7:00 PM CET

Nice to have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field

• Build interactive dashboards and visualizations to support forecasting models and production planning insights
• Integrate large language model (LLM) capabilities into product surfaces, including streaming responses, inline editing, and human-in-the-loop review flows
• Design and maintain systems and APIs powering agentic workflows
• Manage Slack and email integrations
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to define and implement new features, including AI-driven solutions

Due to the client's location, daily standup meetings occur around 5:00 – 6:00 PM Polish time, requiring availability to work until at least 7:00 PM CET.
