AI Engineer

Our client integrates production-grade, governed AI workflows into complex enterprise systems by addressing common friction points like poor integration and lack of domain expertise. They combine deep domain knowledge with cutting-edge AI capabilities to accelerate deployment of reliable AI products. The leadership team includes industry veterans with experience in global consulting and software engineering.

• At least 3 years of experience in AI Agent development
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Engineer in the IT industry, preferably as a Backend/Python Engineer
• Deep knowledge in LLM capabilities including model tuning, advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), model optimization, and complex data processing pipelines
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
• Strong proficiency in Python including core language features, packaging, testing, async, and type hints
• Ability to work until at least 7:00 PM CET

Nice to have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field

• Design and implement LLM-powered applications using advanced techniques such as multi-agent systems and agent workflows
• Build and optimize pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to shape requirements, translate them into agent capabilities, and manage expectations
• Document comprehensive designs, decisions, and runbooks for complex systems

Due to the client's location, daily standup meetings occur around 5:00 – 6:00 PM Polish time, with required availability to work until at least 7:00 PM CET.
