• Practical experience in investments, savings, or wealth management
• Experience in business analysis, customer behavior analysis, product development, or process design for retail clients
• Knowledge of investing, investment funds, ETFs, investment advisory, or wealth management services
• Experience defining concepts and requirements for sales tools
• Knowledge of customer segmentation, offer personalization, or customer behavior research

• Knowledge of behavioral economics, decision psychology, and mechanisms supporting changes in customers' financial behaviors

• Support development of product offers and processes
• Analyze customer behavior and needs
• Identify investment barriers
• Define business requirements for new products and processes
• Develop investment module in mobile application
• Design tools supporting sales and investment activity, including investment rules, personalization mechanisms, and gamification
• Develop new investment products
• Support projects related to investment advisory and new products (e.g., OKI)
• Work in a hybrid model, 2 days per week from the Warsaw office
