Senior UX/UI Designer

• High English proficiency (C1+).
• 4–6 years of proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio including 2–3+ case studies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of UX principles and research methods.
• Proficiency with design tools: Figma, FigJam, optionally Adobe CC.
• Strong presentation skills to share knowledge with the team.
• Proactive mindset and continuous learning attitude, especially in new tech, AI in design, and system-level design.
