Service Asset & Configuration Manager with German

• Degree in IT Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Experience in service asset and configuration management, IT asset management (ITAM), or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of configuration management and ITAM tools and methodologies.
• Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or equivalent certification.
• ITIL Foundation Certification with focus on service management principles.
• Proficiency in English and German languages at C1 level.

• Maintain a complete and up-to-date register of all configuration items (hardware, software, licenses, documentation).
• Categorize configuration items by criticality, usage, and business value.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of configuration items from acquisition to decommissioning.
• Improve asset utilization, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to licensing, legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors, manage contracts, and support procurement activities.
• Align configuration item changes with SACM processes, assess impacts, and mitigate risks such as security and end-of-life.
• Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and drive data-based improvements.
