Senior Business Analyst (Praca hybrydowa – Warszawa)

IT Talento is part of the HICRON Group, an organization supporting companies in technology projects, digital transformations, and SAP and IT solutions development. The group collaborates with around 1000 experts and consultants on projects in Poland and abroad, including SAP implementations, migrations to SAP S/4HANA, dedicated application development, integration projects, IT environment modernization, and business automation and transformation initiatives. They serve various market sectors such as production, automotive, energy, chemistry, and FMCG, providing specialists with diverse technological, business, and project environments.

• Practical experience in the payments domain (mandatory)
• Experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in a technology environment
• Ability to conduct business and functional analyses
• Experience managing product backlog
• Knowledge of payment processes and payment standards
• Good SQL skills for data analysis
• Experience working in Agile methodologies
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to collaborate with business and technology stakeholders
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw (2 days per week in office)

• Defining requirements for payment processes including payment initiation, authorization, status tracking, recalls, and returns
• Analyzing and modeling payment scenarios based on H2H, API, and batch files
• Supporting implementation of ISO 20022, SWIFT MT/MX standards, and reporting and regulatory requirements
• Creating payment processes, business rules, exception scenarios, and testable requirements
• Conducting business and functional analyses related to payment processes
• Preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Managing product backlog in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Using SQL for data analysis supporting requirements analysis
• Conducting workshops and requirements gathering sessions
• Collaborating with developers, testers, risk specialists, and business owners
• Supporting testing and validation of delivered functionalities
• Ensuring solutions comply with regulatory requirements and risk management policies

Work model: Hybrid in Warsaw (2 days per week in office)
