• Higher education (including bachelor's degree) in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or physics.
• Profession: IT specialist.
• Skills: either no work experience or at least 3 years of professional experience; preferred fields: computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics.
• Knowledge of Hyper-V and clustering based on this solution is welcome.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Teams, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune.
• Knowledge of Linux and Android systems.
• Understanding of SQL language and relational databases.
• Knowledge and understanding of backup practices and management.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 for user support and service.
• Administrative knowledge of Microsoft Server environment and Active Directory.
• Basic knowledge of LAN networks and ability to diagnose and fix simple hardware and network faults.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office to assist users with problem-solving.
• English language skills sufficient to read technical documentation.
• Higher education master's degree with no work experience or at least 3 years of professional experience; preferred fields: computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics.

• Provide technical support for users of computer equipment and systems used for data collection and processing from control and preventive activities (helpdesk).
• Prepare computer equipment and perform periodic inspections of this equipment.
• Manage IT resources, including network, servers, and systems.
• Implement IT technologies in the Regional Labour Inspectorate in Lublin.
