Project Manager (Consulting/AI) - 7,000 - 20,000 PLN net / month (B2B)

We help leading companies deliver complex business and technology transformations, with a strong focus on financial services and other regulated industries. We combine management consulting (corporate and digital strategy, operational excellence) with deep technology expertise (cloud strategy and migration, cloud security, application modernization, data & AI, Generative AI). Our projects span from board-level strategy to hands-on implementation.

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in management consulting, top-tier digital agencies, or fast-paced tech environments.
• Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects concurrently.
• Strong familiarity with modern technology stacks, data, and AI-driven workflows, including knowledge of LLMs and APIs.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Polish, capable of managing high-level client expectations and diverse teams.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to shifting requirements with an agile mindset.

• Lead and deliver multiple consulting projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and exceed expectations.
• Oversee AI-related projects, translating complex technical capabilities into tangible business value for clients.
• Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional technical teams, business consultants, and C-level clients.
• Identify potential bottlenecks, manage risks, optimize resource allocation, and maintain project momentum despite changing variables.
