Testing and Inspections Coordinator

The Hardlines & Softlines business line helps retailers, brands, and manufacturers ensure their products meet safety, regulatory, quality, and performance standards through a global network of laboratories.

• Master’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of professional corporate experience in structured, international organizations.
• Previous experience in foreign and customer-facing roles such as B2B Customer Service, Project Coordination, Service Coordination, Export Sales, or Logistics Operations.
• Fluent Polish and very good command of English (written and spoken).
• Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, and multicultural environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong customer-focused approach.

• Manage and coordinate customer orders from initial request through invoicing and payment.
• Prepare accurate quotations and offers for testing and product certification services.
• Collaborate with Intertek global laboratories, external consultants, and internal functions such as Sales & Marketing.
• Participate in meetings and maintain direct contact with clients, providing knowledge and guidance.
• Monitor regulatory updates, technical standards, and market developments relevant to the business.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and maintain accurate records of ongoing activities.
• Support the complaint handling process and contribute to issue resolution.
• Provide ongoing operational support to the Testing & Inspections Manager.
