Fullstack .NET Application Developer (Praca hybrydowa - Wrocław)

IT Talento is part of the HICRON Group, an organization supporting companies in technology projects, digital transformations, and development of SAP systems and IT solutions. The group collaborates with around 1000 experts and consultants working on projects in Poland and abroad, including SAP implementations, migrations to SAP S/4HANA, dedicated application development, integration projects, IT environment modernization, and business automation and transformation initiatives. They serve various market sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, energy, chemistry, and FMCG, providing specialists with experience in diverse technological, business, and project environments.

• Minimum 8 years of professional development experience
• Very good knowledge of .NET
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure
• Very good knowledge of React and TypeScript
• Experience building Fullstack applications in an enterprise environment
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Very good command of English (B2/C1)
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Wrocław (3 days per week in the client's office)

Nice to have:

• Experience in the banking or financial sector
• Knowledge of modern cloud-based application architectures
• Experience working in Agile environments

• Design, develop, and maintain business applications in a Fullstack architecture
• Develop backend components using .NET technology
• Develop modern user interfaces using React and TypeScript
• Integrate applications with Microsoft Azure services
• Create scalable, efficient, and secure solutions following best programming practices
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, testers, and other project team members
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize existing solutions
• Participate in code review processes and continuous software quality improvement
